VERITY, in partnership with Rebekka Lee, ScD, of Harvard School of Public Health, is pleased to announce a new consultation service offered to the VERITY Research Community. Dr. Lee will be providing free consultation hours (max 3 hours per year per investigator) to provide helpful insights into patient and community engagement in research. This includes how to define relevant communities for clinical research, best methods for outreach and inclusion of patients and communities, and dissemination of research findings through community partners. 

More about Dr. Rebekka Lee

Rebekka Lee, ScD, is the Director of the Community Engagement Program at the Harvard Catalyst: Harvard’s Clinical and Translational Science Center. She is a lecturer at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences. At Harvard Catalyst, she leads courses on mixed methods, implementation science, and community-engaged research. Her research focuses on designing and evaluating community-based interventions that translate into real-world policy and environmental change, focusing on investigating the contextual factors that impact effective implementation and promote health equity.
